An exciting new opportunity has just opened within our HR department, we are looking for someone to create a memorable experience for VASHI employees through appreciation, celebration, communication education and recognition. The Employee Experience Manager will deliver an innovative and refreshing cultural experience for employees, supporting and building the HR strategy with HRD, Head of Training and entire HR function.   


Key Responsibilities: (Include but not limited to;) 


  • Deliver a unique employee experience that consistently exceeds employee’s expectations
  • Assist the business in becoming a ‘stand out’ employer of choice
  • Constantly communicating the founder’s vision, mission and cultural values, along with leading by example to other colleagues
  • Developing and facilitating articulation of company culture through tours, presentations and community events
  • Delivering an exceptional functional service experience to every employee and stakeholder
  • Manage the ‘employee working group’ along with HRD to develop new and innovative ideas for continuous cultural development
  • Curating and managing event for team building and bonding
  • Creating high-value programs to enrich the employee experience through development opportunities, wellness initiatives and engagement activities
  • Overseeing and reviewing internal employee benefits
  • Celebrating anniversaries, birthdays, accomplishments, and holidays to create a positive and meaningful work environment
  • Ensuring the team’s hard work is recognized and celebrated with integrated fun activities
  • Aligning the internal training and development with individuals career ambitions
  • Creating internal surveys to constantly review all processes in place
  • Supporting the HRD in achieving cultural excellence
  • Assisting the HR team with creating an internal reward scheme
  • Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders and Directors
  • Analyze HR Metrics to monitor and proactively manage KPI’s and trends across the company to support future planning
  • Prepares and presents reports using the HR Metrics to HRD


Personal Specifications:


  • Ideally CIPD qualified, or part qualified  
  • Proven experience within a HR function, HR Advisor level or above preferably
  • Hold the ability to inspire others
  • A strong influencer and leader
  • Experience in problem solving and decision-making tasks
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines without dropping standards
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills  
  • A whatever it takes, can do attitude at all times
