Job Title
Content Producer


This role will hold responsibility for the production and delivery of multimedia brand content across all owned media including social media, website and other editorial and content projects. Working closely with both the Head of Content & Editorial, Brand Ops and the visual team, the role will support in the development of content and will manage planning, implementation and production working with the very best specialists and partners. VASHI is uniquely built around the idea of Co-Creation, placing the customer at the heart not just of the design but also the making process. Consequently, the opportunity for bringing this process to life and capturing the inspiration behind each piece is huge. Although this is a producer role, it is suited to someone with a love of storytelling and a passion for film, photography, illustration, animation and design..

Role and Responsibilities

Project management

  • Managing the production of all content assets in a variety of formats (stills, film, animation etc.), ensuring consistency with the brand guidelines

  • Working with Social Media Manager to plan and deliver social assets specific to each owned brand channel 

  • Working with Head of Content & Editorial to manage the content calendar and schedule, ensuring a 2+ month production to publish completion date

  • Manage internal and external teams to ensure all assets are produced within budget parameters and delivered on time 

  • Act as a brand ambassador and guardian ensuring all content is executed consistently and is truly representative of the brand whilst being engaging for the customer

  • Producing quantitative and qualitative feedback, key learnings and future recommendations after each production


Planning, timelines, budget management

  • Responsible for ensuring all content projects and their co dependencies are managed efficiently across planning, timelines and budgets, ensuring correct approvals have been established

  • Responsible for reviewing, monitoring and managing the content budget across projects

  • Budget and financial administration of nominated areas within the content department 


Communication and development

  • Clear communication with internal stakeholders ensuring all are kept up to date, informed or given approval where necessary.

  • Work with Head of Content & Editorial to create content guidelines for all channels and undergo ongoing monitoring of VASHI content in situ to ensure it adheres to the guidelines set by the visual team

  • Feed back to the brand team with store-specific needs, clearly identifying the needs of the business


Creative innovation

  • Support the Head of Content & Editorial in the development of the content strategy for the brand 

  • Maintain a strong knowledge and understanding of the market, social media, and contemporary culture in order to feed into creative briefs and content strategy

  • Support the  Head of Content & Editorial in the sourcing and engagement of key talent and external suppliers and create, update and maintain a core content database for UK market suppliers and key specialists


Commercial focus

  • Responsible for developing a streamlined approach to Content activities to support efficient ways of working

  • Continuously appraise external suppliers to maximise efficiency and return on investment

  • Identify barriers and challenges and find solutions to remove these and look for new initiatives

Skills and experience

  • 5+ years relevant experience, producing small and medium scale productions independently and acting as agency producer working with 3rd party production companies on larger scale productions

  • Experiencing for making and producing content for a brand or publication with a Millenial/Gen z audience

  • Impeccable project, budget and cost management skills

  • A digital native, who instinctively understands the platforms where our content will be published

  • A proven interest in design/luxury, Millennial media, digital culture 

  • Excited by the opportunity to come into a new brand scale-up at an early stage to make a real difference

  • Experience working on product content for a luxury ecom brand is beneficial 

  • In addition to production experience, skills and a passion for making content is also desirable. 

  • Excellent sourcing, procurement and supplier management skills 

  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; can work collaboratively and cross-functionally 

  • Willing to adapt and take on new challenges, driven to continually improve 

  • Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated 

  • Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities 

  • Ensure all project reporting is completed on a timely basis 

  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Package
